For check orders we can debit your checking account for payment.

New customers using check payment will have to wait 5 business days for check to clear. Production time will start once check has cleared the bank.

If  you are a  nontaxable customer, please fax your tax certificate to Print E-Z at 1-845-782-3415. Include your telephone number and order number if applicable. Your order will be taxed online, but you will not be charged on your card the tax fee.

Orders are available immediately in your "my orders" history. Status is updated daily for you to view updates on your order. Tracking no.s are updated the following day it shipped.

How can I check status on my order?

Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your shipping address,biling address, your order number and any other changes to your order.

  • You can also check the most current order status as follows:
  • In the footer are enter your order no. and zip code.
  • On the header, under my account, click on "my orders" You can check status, by either logging in or by entering your order no. and zip code.

If Print E-Z has any issues with your order a customer respresentitive will contact you directly.

How can I check status on my order?
What does it mean when my order says: Pending, Processing, Cancelled, Shipped or Partial Order Shipped?

Pending means we have received your order and are in the process of filling it.

Processing means your order is in production.

Proof Faxed means a sample with your custom imprint has been faxed to you and is awaiting your approval.

Proof Emailed means a sample with your custom imprint has been emailed and is awaiting your approval.

Shipped means we have filled your order and it's on its way to you.

Patialy Shipped means a portion of your order has been shipped.

Cancelled means the order was cancelled by either the customer or by Print E-Z. A customer service representative from Print E-Z will be contacting you with more details.

Order On Hold means we are having an issue with your order. A customer service representative from Print E-Z will be contacting you with more details.

What does it mean when my order says: Pending, Processing, Cancelled, Shipped or Partial Order Shipped?
What if I don't get my order on the delivery date scheduled?

If you do not receive your order by 5 P.M. on the scheduled delivery date, contact Customer Service via e–mail or call 1-888-246-0635. UPS and FedEx may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.

How Do I Reorder From Previous Site ?
