We can imprint your company logo on your forms at no additional cost. Logos will be imprinted in black and white only. Please send your logo in a  *jpg format.

Option 1. Simply click on the upload button and retrieve your logo from your local computer.

or Option 2. You can e-mail your logo to in a *.bmp or *.jpg format to logo@printe-z.com . Once you're completed with your order you will receive a confirmation number, you will need to reference your confirmation number when you e-mail your logo.

That would be considered as a custom logo. We will need to quote you based on how many colors your logo has. Kindly email your request to customerservice@printe-z.com. A custom rep will get back to you on this.

Carbon Forms are forms with a black carbon in between that are used to copy from one form to the other.

Carbonless Forms are forms that don't come with black carbon, but they still copy over and are easier to handle avoiding the black carbons with it.

Most form books come with longer covers to be used as a shield to avoid carbon forms from copying over to the next set of forms.
